Ha! You, yourselves are invited to spend in the way of Allah, then among you there are some who act niggardly, whoever acts niggardly, then indeed he acts niggardly to his own soul, while Allah is self-sufficient and you are the needy; and if you turn back, He will replace you with other people, then they will not be like you.
Today the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar including the hypocrites and the kuffar have made their food rejecting Adhikr as explained in verse 7: 26, and are propagating the books written by 29 pseudo prophets and hypocrites as explained in verse 2: 79 by hiding Adhikr-the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book as explained in verse 25: 33. They have read in the verses 9: 67-68 that they are living here forgetting Allah, and are acting niggardly in spending in the way of Lord’s Book, and are commanding the people evils and are forbidding good. Since these bore people as mentioned in verses 25: 17-18 are not ready to propagate Adhikr-the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium-to entire mankind, as explained in verses 6: 89-90, Impartial Allah will bring another people in their place who are ready to propagate It. Therefore, the one in thousand believer should be ready to help by utilising all their favours bestowed by Lord such as time, knowledge, money, wealth, influence, etc. for propagating Adhikr-the Splendid Book as well as Food, Clothing and Sight of human soul-to entire mankind especially to the people of Messenger Muhammed’s community such as Jains, Budhas, Hindus, Jews, Christians, etc. Doing so is to help Allah so that Allah will help him back as explained in verses 22: 40; 47: 7; and 61: 4.
